This interactive 4-part video training series is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge, compliance standards, and practical skills you need before starting your first shift.

Module 2: Our Team, Services & Your Role — Organizational structure, service types, and daily support responsibilities.
Module 3: Participant Care, Compliance & Training — Person-centred care, mandatory NDIS clearances, and required training modules.
Module 4: ShiftCare, Incident Reporting & Next Steps — Using ShiftCare, submitting timely incident reports, and finalizing your employee profile setup
